1-on-1 private training allows participants to work out and learn a new skill in a comfortable setting, while receiving individualized attention. 1-1 Sessions are the most effective way to maximize your time and achieve your goals. During 1-1 sessions, coaches have the ability to focus on your personal goals, and tailor the workouts to help you succeed. 1-1 sessions will primary focus will include (but not limited to) boxing techniques, footwork, defensive drills, and cardiovascular endurance.
